My previous car was written off by the insurance company after being in a flood in my garage. I was so stressed but had to find a car as soon as possible because of the insurance. My son called Peter Rorabeck who had been the salesman when I bought my last car 1 1/2 years ago. Peter was very understanding and patient. Everything went very smoothly and I had my new car with no stress.
I was surprised the problem was able to be fixed the same day.The service advisor was able to procure part needed from another dealer.Have no issues with staff or dealer.They did what they had to do to avoid a follow up visit. Thanks for that. The problem is that the part should never of had to be replaced & was poorly engineered & destined for failure,and will probably fail again.
