Excellent service as always. Provided with courtesy car to attend scheduled appointment. The service was a two year recommended service with brake servicing.

Unsatisfactory brake replacement
Personnel are great, service has been exceptional until now. I had brake pads and rotors replaced by Kentville Mazda at approximately 84,000 km and they are in need of replacement at 113000 kms. Rotors are black, badly grooved and require notable pressure to stop van. Brakes were noisy and rough right from the replacement. I was told it was a minor issue, that roughness would smooth out with use. It has not and now they need replacement again.

Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Service is always done in a timely manner. The staff listen if I feel my car is needing extra attention.

always efficient and courteous. work done in a timely fashion
always treated well and accommodating. if extra work required it was done with that visit unless parts needed. first name basis and took our business there for over 20 years
