The entire purchasing purchase was superb - very impressed on all levels.
My salesperson, Ed Akitt, was extraordinary in his level of service. He was always available to answer any questions and he spent a tremendous amount of time with me giving me all the information I needed, as well as numerous test-drive opportunities, to help me choose the vehicle that best suited my needs. He's very personable, approachable and well-informed - definitely knows the product. Vicki, in finance, was also very helpful as we sorted out what worked best for our financial purposes. A wonderful experience and I love my RAV4!
