Fabulous service and a very happy customer.
From start to finish, the experience was delightful. I'll be looking to replace my everyday car when the lease is done, now with BMW, with a new Panamera!

Very knowledgeable about car, brand, and automotive industry in general. Personable. A little disorganized on the paperwork, but sorted it out, and not a big issue.
