Great service but disappointed in recurring problems with car.
Greatly enjoy the performance of th car but very disappointed in the recurring problems resulting in multiple trips to the service department (multiple warnin lights and disabled features). Th service departmnt and staff are very accommodating and pleasant but the overall "Porsche" experience is less tha expected and disappointing.

Service was excellent and everything was done in a professional timely manner. Loaner car was a Macan which we really enjoyed and are considering buying.

The standard of service is what I expect from a luxury car dealer; the BEST in London from my experience.
Excellent communication; they pick-up my vehicle for service on time, return it when promised always freshly washed and the replacement vehicle provided during the service period is always clean. Can not say I have ever had this level of consistent quality service from any other dealer in London. It is this level of customer service that contributed to me continuing as a Porsche of London customer.
