When I decided to purchase a used BMW from Porsche of London I had low expectations as to how I would be treated knowing that I was not purchasing a high end product. However, my expectations could not have been further off the mark as I received phenomenal service from everyone I encountered beginning with Brad. What impressed me even more was the customer service I received when the engine light came on in the car twice within the first month of ownership. In both instances the faulty part was replaced quickly and free of charge. Being a life-long Porsche this has been a very positive experience and when the time comes to purchase future vehicles I will certainly consider Porsche of London.

As Porsche owners, our relationship with staff has been very different than with other manufacturers. Their professionalism makes this a desirable place to do business. I bought my first Porsche 15 years ago, and, after going back and forth for the last three years about which Porsche to buy next, I finally decided on a new Boxster GTS, a simply incredible car. During the whole long process, everyone at Porsche of London treated me with kindness, warmth, and lots of patience. I couldn't be happier with their friendly but professional and efficient service. And, I love my new car. I still go to the garage just to look at it. I plan to keep this one for 15 years, too.

Bobby was very helpful when I was purchasing a vehicle. I had tried several SUVs but was really used to a sedan. He was able to give me a panamara for an extended test drive which really went a long way in bringing me to my decision to purchase the vehicle. He was very knowledgable and thoroughly went through all options and once delivered he was thorough in teaching me about the car. He continues to be available when I have questions. My experience has been great.
