Vehicle is good. But the information provided throughout needs to be improved. i.e. the availability of maintenance plan is told after, the inventory information on the website is confusing with the information provided by the personnels

Service experience was awesome; car waiting for me, warming up on arrival for service. Service completed as discussed in a very timely fashion, and upon my return my car was inside warm and waiting for me! Helps beat this cold winter weather. Thanks Aaron and Mike !

It was performed perfectly, to my expectations, came with an assessment and look to the future care and maintenance for my vehicle. It was washed and done in great time while I waited at amore than friendly and comfortable dealership...thankyou for that and see you all next time!

I love the smell of the leather seats inside my Porsche Boxster S but when the aroma of fuel started one day that's when the alarm bells went off inside my head. Porsche of London was able to get me in quickly to diagnose the problem. After using their scope to look under the battery they confirmed it was a leaky fuel sending unit. They then gave me a loaner to drive (Cayenne I believe) until the part was shipped to them to be installed. In all the years I've been driving (48 and counting) I've never had a car dealership go out their way to accommodate myself like this. Actions speak louder than words and on that day Porsche of London proved to me this is where I should be taking my car.

Installed aftermarket muffler - very fast and professional, job well done. Happy to work with London Porsche again. Service dept was great.
