Will buy all my cars here
I have just bought my third car from Leggat and I as always am very
satisfied with the sale and service.
I had said to Shawn that I should have purchased a black ct6, to which
he replied we have Mr Leggat's demo, what a car every thing you would want in a Cadillac and more .
Shawn set me up with Peter Calvert in sales we made a great deal and I
bought the Caddy, I would like to thank Shawn and Peter Calvert for
going out of there way for me to buy my 2020 Cadillac CT6

Receptionist at Service
Horrible Experience
I went to pick up by vehicle from the service centre.
I was told to wait in front as the Receptionist -MEL - advised that the vehicle was called and will be in front soon.
I waited it front for a while and no vehicle was forthcoming.
I went back and advised her - she screamed and me and was rude.
You have to wait as there was others before you - only 1 other person was before me and they told me to go first as he had questions.
It is not necessary to be rude and shouting. She spoiled my day and needs to be discliplined.

Excellent service
I bought a used Silverado from leggat this past weekend, the previous week they expedited my paperwork, answered any questions I had, and were very clear and concise with every detail of the process. Since I am an 1-1/2 away this made the process much easier. I have never bought a vehicle unseen and John A. Made it quite simple and assured me I had nothing to worry about.Joann processed all the financing and paperwork professionally and efficiently, once I arrived they made me feel like I was buying a ‘new’ vehicle and were quite happy for me. Leggat will be my first choice in the future.......thanks again, great job!
