No Follow Up to Lease Buy Out
After leasing vehicles from Acura Brant Street for the last 16 years we were very disappointed when we tried to buy out the lease of our 2019 MDX with any follow ups or help. I guess it was due to us changing (after 4 MDX's) to a Genesis that no one wanted to help. Lucky for us Oakville Acura was able to finalize the deal and the vehicle went to a new owner. Moral of the story: 'if you don't deal with us as loyal as you have been, then we don't deal with you'. Looks like we will not make any leasing efforts for any family vehicles after this most recent issue.

Grant is the most professional persons in the car business. Always gives you a straight answer and does not forget his commitment to how a customer should be treated. He is the only person that I would trust when purchasing a new or used vehicle. Always look forward to meeting with him when I visit the dealership.

Very professional
I recently purchased an Acura RDX from Acura on Brent. Tim Douglas made the experience enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable and accommodating he was efficient in dealing with any questions and requests. Thank you very much for your help. Other staff members were also very helpful, I would not hesitate to purchase another car from this dealership!

I bought a HONDA CR-V @begining of April 2021.After 3 weeks I discovered some issues (technical issues), which I didn’t see at the time of sale. I booked an appointment with help of Rana(the agent who sold the car for me-Thank you Rana-).The team fixed the issue right away with free of charge.

Garbage!!!
July 2/20 car was 15th in the queue for warranty work, July 24th car surprisingly no longer qualifies. Not trustworthy, treated extremely poorly
