I left my car at the dealership without an appointment, because my battery had died the night before, leaving me stranded. The dealership not only cheerfully agreed to look at the battery and change it, but also agreed to perform a routine service on the car which was due anyway in another week. I was very grateful for them doing this work on such short notice.
I booked an appointment for Friday AM and dropped my car off overnight Thursday. However, Kirby Ginn was able to move my appointment up and my car was serviced while I waited. Given the delays on the Burlington Skyway Bridge this kind offer proved to be a great move.
I was made to feel comfortable and was offered a courtesy car if needed.
The service was done quickly and expertly as expected.
