Painless from the test drive to the signing!

Our sales associate Deb Mills-Beauchamp was awesome! She answered all our questions and had everything ready for us at turnover.

no attention to clients needs

I am a new Fiat owner and I made a call to inquire about purchasing new winter tires and Weather All custom floor mats. Erica was helpful on the phone and provided me with the information I need to make a decision. The winter tires and the floor mats were a gift to me and my friend kindly called Eric herself and provided him her MasterCard information, so all of this would be covered. However, when it came time to "check out" after my tires were on the sales desk had no record of this information of my friends payment information, nor were at all interested in helping me solve the problem. Thus I walked out and walked home with out my car. I was terribly frustrated that the service took over 2 hours ( I was told a tire change and oil change would be approximately 1 hour) and had to call my cancel an appointment I had made for 4 PM thinking a 2 PM appointment with your establishment would be ample time. When the time dragged passed the expected time it was suggested that I go speak to my associate Michelle" ( female, as there is a male MIchelle at this dealership). I stood in the garage areas for several minutes waiting patiently to speak with Michelle, who essentially ignored me and and took 2 phone calls and entertained 2 garage staff with idle chit chat. Trust me I was close enough to hear - the conversation was not all about cars. When she finally did acknowledge me - I inquired about the time and told her of my pending appointment and time concerns. She called into the garage and assured me my car would be ready within 5 minutes and no apology or acknowledgement of my waiting or incorrect time frame that transpired. I was still waiting for an additional 20 minutes and when called to the payment counter had yet another staff - that really had no interest in helping me problem solve the payment piece - that my friend had counted on to help me pay for this. I then myself went over to the parts counter to speak with Eric and ask him as to where the breakdown happened and why there was not clear documentation made that this is paid for by a certain Mastercard name and number upon ordering. I then had to track down my friend ( who was sleeping as, she works nights to sort this out.) This was my first experience and very disheartening. I was expecting something very different. My other comment would be - do new cars not come with a least a standard carpet floor mat. When I got my car there were no floor mats at all. I was shocked that a top of the line brand new vehicle did not have a piece of carpet on the floor. I didn't expect top of the line floor protection, but I have never stepped into a car, especially a new one that had NOTHING. This is Just an odd observation to me and wanted to share this as well. I am staying positive and will be very clear in the future, when I book an appointment - what the time frame is and will be persistent to hold you to the agreement you commit to. I LOVE MY FIAT and want only the best experience in the future with the maintenance work that is to come. Thank you for your time and asking my feedback on my experience.

Service done via recall on a wiper blade.

I was told it would be a quick service when I booked the apt, approx 30 mins. On the date of my apt I waited approx 2.5 hours for my car. I had my baby with me. I was Not overly impressed. I asked an employee working at the service desk if she could inquire how much longer my service would be and I was told I'd have to go check myself with the someone else who was working in the garage. Just not the best customer service that day.

The service was quick and the staff knowledgeable.

The staff was very pleasant and the car was ready when they said it would be. They drove me where I needed to go and picked me up when they said they would. Great folks.
