Love my car, but was misinformed on some things

I told the dealership I wanted to test drive a Pacifica regular and hybrid. When we went, the Hybrid wasn’t charged, so we couldn’t see how many km you could get on a full charge. Our commute one way is 60 km on the highway and the sales man told us the battery would drive 250 km to drain the battery to 50%, then would use gas/battery for the rest. We were very impressed with this because we thought the battery lasted around 70 km. We even asked if the 250 km was for city driving and pointed out that our drive was on the highway, but he said it didn’t matter. When we picked up the van, it wasn’t charged that time either so still couldn’t see the range of a full battery charge. We had a follow up phone call from the customer relations rep at the dealership. I left a message with this concern, as well as asking about winter mats because the van didn’t come with any. I never received a phone call back. We are happy with the van, but was misinformed with how long the battery would last. The sales rep didn’t seem to know the important details of the vehicle. And I was disappointed to not hear back from the customer relations rep

Above and beyond

I can't express my appreciation enough to Todd and Andrea and the managers at Oxford Dodge. They went above and beyond and back again and I'm soo happy with my new-to-me vehicle. I'll be back and I will definitely recommend Oxford Dodge to anyone I know. Many thanks :) Karen S

Still no car proof after asking 3 times. A.ns snow tires that may have been with car is a no after 3 weeks of pretty sure it came with a set

When I first inquired todd say pretty sure car came with aet of snow tires. After 3weeks finaly got anawer saying it never. 2. Minor repairs were to be done and a loaner car was to used. It was not a loaner it was a rental. 3. Asked for car proof or car history none has been received as of yet. 1 of minor repair was passenger window as when it winds down it scratc the window. It still sratches window aftwr supposedly was fuxed. So very unhappy

Was not impressed at all impressed

We arrived to buy our truck there was not really anyone to great us, secondly they had popcorn from the weekend just sitting in the pop machine, which sat there all week. We had to go sit in the service department side with my children. When came back to really talk about trading in cars and buying the truck, the sales person was nice, but he was clearly not acting on behalf, he was sneaky about the information that he was getting from his manager as well (1)The truck was not there when we went to buy it, we had to wait until Monday to come and confirm everything up. (2) When discussing things, numbers were all over the map and the numbers were not the greatest, also they wouldnt match the picture price. (3) Not a friendly environment besides the older gentlemen who gave my daughter balloons. (4) When we came to see our truck we had to deal with 3 other sales persons, Todd was not there, there were marks on our truck, which now we need to take time off work to get fixed, (5) The truck was dirty we had to ask to have it washed to look at it to see the marks, (6) then it took another 48 hours to have it cleaned which then we saw another sales person, who finalized the rest of the paperwork. (7) When i asked about maintenance packages, they could not even compete with KIA London down the road that gave us way better deal and services for my Sportage, which they did not even want to compete with. Was not impressed, at all but my husband wanted that truck...
