Service was good - service advisors were friendly - overall everything was good
Like to keep Honda parts and lubrication as I expect to keep the car another 2-3 years
Everything went as expected. I dropped off CRV and got ride to work. New rims and winter tires were installed when I got back and summer wheels were in vehicle to take home. No problems.
Dale was lovely to interact with. He made a point of checking for any recalls and was truthful that the service would take about 2 to 2.5 hours. He also let me know when he was leaving and who would take over my account after he was gone.
