Experience was good

Good, as expected. Couch was too comfortable, started to fall asleep. Doing this for the iPad draw. Yes, thank you have a great day.

A12 service was done quickly and had coffee and tim bit to boot due to promotion that was on that day

Service was too slow

I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil and filter change and a winter tire flip(tires already mounted on rims) The Tech said that it would be done by 9:30, which I thought was a long time for simple service on a newer car. It was 10:40 when it was finished and they didn't reset the oil life indicator.
