James was very professional, polite and went above and beyond. James was very attentive to my needs during the whole process of purchasing my vehicle - I never once felt pressured or rushed. We were looking at the CRV & were helped without having to ask (which didn't happen at all dealerships!). James was great. I called with questions after the first test drive & he suggested testing again when I was looking at a different package. I never felt pressure or that anything I was asking was trivial!
