Buying a car especially a brand new car can be overwhelming. Tim listened and understood my concerns of such decision to purchase a car. Made the whole experience awesome.
I initially received an honest and accurate description of the car over the phone after I saw the car in Auto Trader. Tim was not pushy after we met at the dealership and was very accommodating including arranging for me to see the car in the shop on the hoist. The deal process was fast and overall was fun! Tim was out to greet us shortly after arriving on the lot. He was very personable & pleasant. He was very informative, compared the options from vehicle to vehicle & was not pushy in any way. The evening I picked up the Sorento he went over the vehicle in detail with me and wanted to make sure I was comfortable driving it before leaving the lot.
I had never financed a vehicle before and did feel a little uncomfortable doing so. I answered the financing questions over the phone but if I had it to do over again I would have done that in person. Had I personally met with the gentleman I dealt with I may have gotten a better impression of him than I did over the phone.
Overall it was a positive experience & I would certainly recommend Hudson Kia to my friends and family.
