We were in the market for a used car and were having a look at the 2012 Kia Rondos on the lot . Tim came out and greeted us and offered any assistance we needed . He was able to answer our questions . We decided that this was the car we were looking for and were able to make a deal . He then took me around to meet the various service advisors , parts staff and gave me other information about the dealership and rewards program .
Overall a very good experience .

Very smooth process for purchasing a new vehicle. very thorough and detailed. Documents all done and ready, no complaints. Other than your dealership NEEDS to be open Saturday morning. Not Tim's fault but I find this a huge inconvenience and means I need to use other dealerships or mechanics for maintenance.
