After your tech forgot to tighten an oil filter after an oil change and my wife had to come back with only half the oil in the engine I had to ask for a free oil change to make up for the error. When she went in for the "free" oil change you put synthetic oil in ( for the first time ever) without asking her and charged her for the difference. So the free oil change ended up costing more than the regular one you botched. Her car is now off warranty and you will never see it again. I also made sure everyone we know, knows not to trust your service department. Thanks

Things were done in good time, and all was good. Service people were very friendly and courteous. That is all I have.

No complaints on the oil change.
My only wish is that the dealership had a drive through oil change bay so I could drive up stay in the car while the oil change is being done and then drive off.
