While I have no concerns about the actual servicing done on my car, I had expected it to be washed, and the insides of the windows were completely frosted up when I retrieved it.
Recent problem with my 2014 Santa Fe not starting.
I was received promptly and dealt with the service manager who investigated the issue stated he would contact Hyundai and get back to me which has not happened to date.
Service was excellent from staff; unfortunately repairs were delayed due to wrong parts being delivered. As a result repair had to be rescheduled and had to bring the car in twice.
