I've always been very happy with your service department; however this time I was disappointed. I called a couple of days prior to my appointment because I had another commitment on the same day. I told them I was happy to reschedule if they would not be able to have my car ready on time for me to get to my other appointment. They assured me that they would have it ready on time. My car was not ready and I ended up having to reschedule my other appointment last minute which inconvenienced me as I had to take time out of another day.
Everything was explained in detail so I understood completely what was being done. I was notified when my car was ready. It was a stress fee experience.
