Michelle, in charge of loans went above and beyond to help me. She was fantastic!! She knew what I wanted to purchase and made it possible! But as she's not in sales she passed the sale on to Shaun, who I had no issues with! Knowledgable and such!
However, my issues with Steele is when I needed warranty work done and called them with questions and was given the run around!!!
Shawn Welburn is an excellent Sales rep, this is my second vehicle I have purchased from him and he listened to my requests for what I was looking for and found a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for, I highly recommend him.
