Last time I was in for service, I asked for a quote on winter tires and rims from your dealership. I received an email quote but it was really vague. I responded to the girl in Service by asking of they were OEM rims and asked what size the tires were? No response! This was 2 months ago!
This was a regular service paid for by GM. The service was on time and done in an efficient and prompt manner. The service person was very courteous and knowledgeable concerning our vehicle.
Worth driving the extra distance for an excellent customer service experience.
When our truck's automatic window would not go back up I called in after hours left a voice message. Received a call back first thing next day and squeezed in that day. Car rental was arranged as part was not on site and my truck ready by end of day following day. Great team work Steele - I know I will be back for all my future needs.
