Very good explaining what I needed done. Work was completed within time limit that they quoted me. Overall it was a perfect experience. I could not find fault with anything.

I have no worries when it come to maintaining my Chevrolet truck. Steel service notifies me when there are recalls and even when my oil service is due. I like receiving text message as reminder for service issue or recalls so I can deal with them asap.
I explained my concern and the concern was addressed this is the way it should be
I had a headlight issue with my 2015 Sierria, the first visit did not go the way it should have(only replacing one light bulb) I did return as I stated I would have to. The one bulb was much brighter than the opposite original and made night time Erving very dangerous. This was corrected immediately and was explain as being a GM issue to not originally change both bulbs which should always be normal practice. Great staff at Steele I expect this to continue as I am a loyal GM customer.
