The salesman screwed license plate with a long screw that went into the body panel. Since I'm 8 hours away sales manager says he can't do anything.

I'm sorry you had a less than perfect experience with us. Coming up with a satisfactory solution to this is difficult, with you being 8 hours away. We can't do much! Bought a New vehicle. Noticed the day we were taking it home that there was a rip on the seat that we didn't make. We had to pay for half for something we didn't do.
