No diagnostic performed, just made assumptions

Worst experience I have had at this dealership. My request for certain diagnostics was not performed. No diagnostic performed on the vehicle. Assumptions were made and now the vehicle is no longer running again.

Oil change and fixed my tailgate

Fast and wasnt expecting to get my tailgate fixed but the made it happen when the oil change was being done
