I thought I might have an issue with the 4 wheel drive on my truck. The tech was able to determine that the "issue" was easily resolved and wasn't really an issue. Good News Day
I took my Silverado in as my tire had a slow leak. It was promptly fixed ( within the hour ) and I was in my way. Everyone in Service was fantastic to deal with and I was treated very well.
This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Wheaton. They have always provided excellent service, are kind, considerate and honest. They keep us informed about what needs service and treat the car with care.
From start to finish it was an extremely positive truck buying experience. They were able to answer all my questions accurately and we’re able to get me into a truck the day I walked into the dealership.
The inspection was good and it found some issues that needed to be addressed. That was all well and good and I am happy.
My issue is that the technicians had to clean/spray the engine compartment to complete their work, which in and of itself was fine, however the overspray was all over my truck. Normally, this would not have been an issue, however, in this instance, I had recently washed and waxed my truck (within the previous week) and the overspray was extremely noticeable and I had to 'redo' my wash and wax job. Work effort I was NOT planning on doing.
