Overall experience was Fantastic, we had a bad experience on our previous car and Wheaton Chevrolet offers us a deal that we cant resist, "calmness of mind" every time we hit the road.
I got my tire sensors retrained after I had switched out my seasonal tires. The staff were very quick and understanding with my request, very informative and also offered to find additional pricing on some other items I am looking at for the future.
The guys that work in service at Wheaton Chev have gotten to know me over the years and I respect that they take care of me when I come in. My last experience, as always, was great. The only thing that could have been handled differently is the follow up. I still haven’t been contacted about quotes for future parts/work that was recommended.
My yearly maintenance//oil change was done quickly and efficiently.
I received a video of the undercarriage and notification at that time if anything else was needed (which was very much appreciated).
I had an appt booked and my vehicle was back to me very quickly.
