Purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax Activ from Cristian. Terrific service. Love the vehicle, fantastic value in a new vehicle. Our entire experience at Wheaton was 10/10. So much so that a family member also bought a Trax from Wheaton the day after we got ours.
Cristian saw us browsing at vehicles and greeted us pleasantly! He asked all the right questions, at the right time. He quickly learned our wants and needs, and eventually brought us the keys to the best vehicle I ever owned! Cristian was polite , funny and very cooperative. I had sent an email inquiring about potentially upgrading my aging vehicle. Cristian called me the next day and asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was and whether I was hoping to trade my vehicle away. He worked with my schedule to get me a test drive and stayed late (about 2 hours after close) to ensure I was able to drive away with the equinox I had ended up purchasing the same day! Shout out to Patrick for being super thorough and helping the payments stick within the budget I had quoted Cristian. Absolutely happy with the vehicle and the process.
