When looking for a car, I knew who to call first. After having a great experience on another car purchase, I did not hesitate to contact Stop 23 and Bill Watson again. As prior, the service was fantastic and went above and beyond. It was also a hassle and stress-free experience. When vehicle shopping again, I will not hesitate to contact Stop 23 again.

Had to wait 45 minutes for ownership transfer even though all paperwork was signed days previously. Still waiting to hear from someone about getting the dent in car door popped out which I was told would be taken care of and as of yet the dent is still there.
Truck was delivered late and without the tonneau cover. Now can't get a reply from Bill. Such a small detail that ruined an otherwise good experience.
