Everything went well for us for the purchase. The only issue was having to bring our vehicle back for service the next week as it required an alignment. Not thrilled about this, but it seems to have fixed the issue for the most part.
Hats off to Stop 23 Auto Sales. Chris Hoffele was most helpful in assisting me with my purchase. He was impressively knowledgeable above every truck he showed me and wasn't pushy. Through my whole experience not once did I feel I was being pursuaded but rather every decision was mine to make one my own. It felt like Chris was there to give me knowledge and not just to "make a sale". From finding the perfect truck for me to finding the right financing plan, Chris walked me thru each step in full explanation of every little detail and made my purchase a comfortable one. Thumbs up also to the safety techs and regular maintenance techs for ensuring that everything was not only proper mechanically but was above the nominal standard. And finally high fives to the detailing staff for making sure every nook and cranny were also above nominal standard. All in all a very pleasurable experience. I hate dickering over a car purchase but Chris was a very courteous and respectful salesman.
He was prompt answering questions and very helpful re the operation of the vehicle.
