I would refer Scott Bridge to anyone. He was very professional, courteous and made us feel welcomed. I have been in sales (Realtor) for 32 years and know a good sales person when I meet them.

It is kind of hard to give a review regarding a vehicle purchased but not received. I found the sales rep to be courteous and genuine and knowledgeable. However incorrect information was given as to the delivery of the vehicle and then because of some minor body repair apparently the wrong colour was applied and needs to be redone. So overall the experience has been disappointing and have been waiting almost 2 1/2 weeks for the vehicle. I was offered a few oil changes and 1/2 tank of gas as compensation for the inconvenience but some how that just does seem to be enough. This is our third time doing business at Stop 23 and the other two times no issue so was not expecting one this time but right now I am certainly a very displeased customer.
My experience with Stop 23 was such I would highly encourage anyone seeking to purchase a car or truck to give this dealership their business. Friendly staff and in no way shape or form pushy. I personally feel I got the best deal I could possibly get. A generous amount was given on my trade in and I drove away more than happy and felt appreciated for my business. Thanks to the staff and especially Scott for making this an exciting experience!.
