Staff needs to communicate better with clients and each other. I waited several months for a replacement key (which was missing on delivery) simply because of a lack of communication both within the dealership and with me. The issue was only resolved when I called myself and spoke with several different employees to sort it out. I feel that I should not have had to do this myself.

Treated professionally with real focus on my needs.
The objective was to find a way to extend my lease to bridge the gap between its expiry and the arrival of the 2018 Q5. My original discussion on this subject was less than satisfactory and I had started to look at other brands. Amanda came up with a constructive approach to take me out of my existing lease and to take a new, temporary lease on a 2017 Q5. Overall, a satisfactory outcome which meets my needs and keeps me as a customer!
