Fantastic experience working with Michael to get into my new A5! Everyone at Audi Ottawa has been a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend!

From designing the car, to ordering the car, to delivery Mike was a great help. He kept me informed of production progress and was always available when i had a question.

Mike was a wonderful representative to the car and the company and he did everything to help understand my need in terms of finding the right just the right car Thank you Mike and Mustafa as well

A good experience overall. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant to deal with...Sales, Finance, Delivery...etc. It made for a great experience for my first time buying an Audi vehicle. The 2 things that didn't make for the best experience was that the vehicle was not properly prepared for delivery as agreed to. The outside of the vehicle was supposed to be re-finished and some exterior scratches were supposed to be repaired as agreed to. This didn't happen and I am still waiting for an appointment. I was told it would be early February via a phone call but am still waiting for a confirmation. The other thing was that after closing the deal and agreeing to purchase the vehicle, I spoke to the General Manager and asked that due to picking up my vehicle on Christmas Eve...it would be a nice gesture if I received a gift when I picked up the vehicle. I mentioned some winter floor mats and the General Manager shook my hand and said that he would make that happen. I haven't spoken to to him on this yet, but the plan was to do so when I bring the car back in for repairs.

M. Silverstone was very professional. The only caveat with my Audi experience (which is not Michael's responsibility) is the numerous repairs performed on my previous S4 that did not solve the problem.
