I had a good experience but the return of the vehicle was the issue because of the difficulties in finding parking.

I was happy with the van and the rate for the day. Everything was good until I returned the van to the Discount office. It was 5:30 pm and I could not park the van in the alley way next to the office (as advised) since it was already full of trucks and vans. I decided to stop on Jarvis in front of the office entrance and run in to get the manager to take the van. At that time this is a no parking zone. i was less than 60 seconds into the office and out with the manager but the parking officer had pulled up and was issuing a ticket for $150.00. As per the contract I am responsible for all parking violations but this is not fair. If you do not provide a designated return area for me to return the van without forcing me to park on the street then take responsibility for the parking fine. I can't use this location again and risk paying this type of fine every time.

The location did not open on time, delaying the rental car process
I arrived before 7 30. The staff did not show up until 7 45. Then, there was difficulty lowering the car down from its elevation. I am a frequent customer and always book cars well in advance. I was not pleased.
