Please be advised that Dixie Rd. is in Mississauga. I rented a truck from the Dixon Rd. location in Toronto (Etobicoke). Other than the mix up on your website with the address identifier being incorrect. I did not have any other problems. The staff at Dixon Rd. were amazing !

Charged me for my rental truck - then 3 weeks later, charged me for an extra $36 - no explanation. Called in management, said they take care of it, nothing happened. Calling again.

I have a very busy lifestyle. I rented truck for a day returned by night fill uongss at exact level as received but got a gas bill of $65 additional as per manager discretion gas mark was bit below when called no action taken by the agency.
I think these people r screwing up many customers specifically on rental trucks. . Look out be careful.

Where do I begin...
It all started from the night before my reservation. I was asked when to be expected on Saturday morning. I specified my reservation was from 8am-230pm. The discount employee said that the place would be opening a little later so he advised to come in for 815. I agreed. When I showed up to my surprise, there were already 4 people waiting in line and most likely several people could have been served before them since 8am. I was a little annoyed but patiently waited. When I was FINALLY served I was told the credit card does not cover commercial vehicles. So I ended up having to purchase the insurance from discount. Why this information is not in big bold letters on the discount website I don’t know...I finally ended up leaving closer to 9am! This resulted in me not being able to move all my items from 1 home to the next due to the elevator booking expiring before we could finish. Not a happy customer.
