GMC serria was in for service on the rear back up camera and an oil change and I received excellent customer service from Nathan. Pointed out a service package was on sale that day so I upgraded the oil change to the full inspection.
My car is losing oil and the service department knew immediately that there was a bulletin out on it and what to do with it. They were very quick and helpful.
