Feb., got a new battery installed at no cost to me. Was disappointed Murray
would not come out on Monday to give the car a boost, had to wait another
2 hrs. to get a boost so I could take the car up to Murray. Service was vey
good except for the boost.
My truck was at the dealership for over two weeks having warranty work done of the DEF tank and the Fuel Filter housing. When i took it in my DEF fluid was full, when I got it back it was down to just over half. I would have thought that when I took my 2020 GMC Duramax truck in and they have it for over two weeks at minimum they would have washed it especially when having warranty work done. My wife has a Toyota and even when she goes for an oil change her vehicle which is a 2014 is washed, every time! That's customer service! I can't say Murray GM would be at the top of my list when shopping for another vehicle in the future!
