I had to get my new ignition key and new remote mated to the Equinox. The girl at the service desk told me it would be at least an hour, which I thought was totally acceptable. The fellow who runs the shuttle asked if I needed a ride home. I said no, that I can wait an hour no problem. I went into the coffee area to pour myself a cup of coffee. I was only half done my coffee when the service girl came in and said I was all ready to go. So within 40 minutes I was driving home on Thatcher Drive. Very fast excellent service. Thanks.
