It was a great experience and I felt totally confident in my purchase, even before I test drove it. I did test drive a similar vehicle in Saskatoon so I had an idea.

Thought my car was leaking oil. It was actually road hazard debris. Car was cleaned - including behind fender wells - and returned. Great service. Minimal charge.
I was in for an oil change and have our winter front installed on our 2020 Terrain. The assistant device manager checked us in and volunteered to install the winter front. I was treated with courtesy by the technician and manager. Very pleased with the whole experience.
