My vehicle was in for its regular Cadillac service/maintenance program.
The service writer was respectful and thorough and efficient.
When I picked up my vehicle he thoroughly explained the service that had been conducted.
I am very satisfied by the service that Murray GM provides.
Recently had quite a bit of work done to my truck, everything else is good but the vibration when driving. I've had it in twice now to get it fixed, both times was i charged for it and if anything it's worse now then it ever was.
Matt and his crew diagnosed the problems, kept us informed on the progress, and fixed everything that was needed. While the performance of this particular Buick is somewhat disappointing the service at Murray GM is excellent.
