Service advisor was very helpful in helping resolve my issue.
I had purchased a used vehicle and there was a rattle squeaky noise in right near. Service advisor came on test drive with me and tried a couple of things that didn’t work so we booked the vehicle in to have it looked at. Problem was resolved.
Received a text from the service department checking in to see if I was ready to swap out my winter tires. Much appreciated as it seems to be one of those things that is on the to do list but never quite gets to the top. The MURRAY TEAM are on it! 3 years on and the folks know my car inside and out and understand how much I love “her”. Hospitality, professionalism and great knowledge every time.
