I took my truck in due to a recall and it was due for routine maintenance. The service representative was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The service was fast and efficient and I recurved a text when the truck was ready for pick up. I was pleased with the whole experience.

Broken down on the side of the road with a new truck ??????? I'm worried it will happen again.
Was called and told I didn't pay my bill. When I know I did pay. And my Canyon has broken down twice because of the transmission. So I'm a little worried about what will happen once my warranties run out. Not happy I bought a new truck so that I wouldn't break down on the side of the road.....and I have.

Thank you Paul for bringing your concerns to our attention. John will be in touch with you to address the transmission.
The service advisor described in detail the things that were needed for repair and/or maintenance on my car; with a total cost of over $1000.00. As I am on a very tight budget, I took my car to another shop and was informed that according to their technicians, I only really required about 1/2 of what I was told initially by the technician at your service centre. The second shop completed the repairs and charged me about 1/2 of what LPB said it was to cost.
The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. However, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and it came out with some issues that were not present before, stopping and starting as if it didn’t want to move and a puttering noise. They got me in quickly to fix it but I didn’t get a report ran of what actually had occurred just was told the oil was topped up. When I got home I realized I should have asked for the report.
Never had that occur with them before, so my first big issue.
