Staff are great, Dealing with people are great. However that being said, Something is not very organised.
- I had an appt in Dec for a new key fob, For various reasons both sometimes on my side, one on your side, my appt was pushed about a month out - Thats fine, stuff happens Totally acceptably. - What I found wasnt acceptable, - After all that time spent rescheduling you wouldnt think someone would of ensured my part was actually in stock.
- A month later when i finally came into the shop, I was there for about 40 mins, then had Ken come in to tell me, oh sorry your Key fob we have waited a month for, and have rescheduled 4 times for isn't actually here... - we need to order it in.
Needless to say I was a little shocked they didn't have it in. And that before making this appointment someone should have verified the key was in the shop.
Short of that mis hap, everything so far has been great!

Dan was aware of my new vehicle requirements and he was able to provide me with enough new vehicle options for me to make the transition to a new truck

Lindsay Buick GMC have reliable and courteous advisors who look after my vehicle. It is a pleasure to deal with staff who provide excellent care as if it was their own car.
With the largest inventory in the area,why go out of town? We bought a 2017 Terrain from Lindsay GMC in Jan and at the time their was over 50 to chose from.
And for a veteran sales person look up Dan Moore. He's not pushy and goes out of his way to help. Love the Terrain and the service at Lindsay GMC.
