Had an issue with my gear shifter. Dean made it a priority to get my truck in ASAP and got it fixed right away. Everyone involved was friendly and easy to deal with. After having several bad experiences with service dept at Nissan this was a nice change. Hopefully this type of service will continue with both our vehicles
