Ali and other staff provided me with all I needed to know to assess, learn a bout and drive my new vehicle.
I came to Bank Street Mazda unfamiliar with the dealership, and with the CX-5 I was thinking of purchasing. When I left with my new vehicle a few days later, I felt that I had been treated very well. Ali Said, my salesperson, was respectful, polite , enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was thorough in familiarizing me with the features of the vehicle. He walked me through the whole process with ease. Thank you, Ali, in particular, but thanks to all involved as well.
Ali Said was very respectful, knowledgeable and funny. He answered every question and gave a lot of information. Actually I hadn't intended to buy at this point but was rather on a reconnaissance mission, but he was so convincing that I decided to buy now rather than wait.
When I came in to browse at the car selection bankstreetMazda had I wasn't too sure what I was going to be walking away with. Ali approached me right away and was absolutely phenomenal to work with, he answerd all of my questions and it me into the most amazing Mazda 3 special audition. I absolutley love my new car and would recommend Ali and bankstreet Mazda for an amazing experience! The management team was great for getting me the best deal and So was the finance manager!
