It was great! Barhavean Mazda told me I needed new breaks which concerned me on a 40 000 dollar car that wa sleds than a year old. Bank street took measurement and I have 8, 8, 7, 7 left on my pads.

Checked my breaks and did the 1 year check up. The service people were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was also impressed with how quickly the service was completed.

Sales and service review.

Since you didn't specify which experience you're referring to I'll give you an overall rating of all the experiences I've had with you. The body experience was okay I got the car that I wanted and I'm happy with it. give you an overall reading of all the experiences I've had with you. The buying experience was okay I got the car that I wanted and I'm happy with it. I actually did recommend you guys and a friend bought a car from you later on. I was never given the hundred dollar bonus check though I was promised it several times. It's now been 8 months. I've also had significantly negative experiences with your service department. In fact every single time I take my vehicles therr something goes wrong. The last time in fact all four of my tires had different pressures. The pressure gauge an alarm went off while I was driving down the highway at 120 kilometers an hour. Well I will say that the service department people are all very nice they also seem to screw up a lot. So my overall experience with your service department and your sales department the second time around when I actually recommended you to a friend and she was pressured into something and then I didn't get the actual bonus check leaves a little bit to be desired. In fact while I have recommended my vehicle which is a CX-5 I have no longer recommended your location as the sales department or your location for the service.

Annoying automated phone calls

Please remove me from your phone list. The phone calls are very annoying, bordering on harassment. I am well aware of when my car requires maintenance, and I am NOT in the market to change cars in the foreseeable future. I am not sure I would even consider another Mazda as my next vehicle. Your phone calls only serve to further dissuade me.
