Mahdi was my salesperson and he did an excellent job showing me the vehicle and advising me on what I should be looking at and what I don't need. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Friendly, calm and patient.
Since I had no appointment, I dealt with Eli for the purchase when Mahdi was unavailable and he was also very friendly and understanding. We agreed on the truxk, the accessories and the price in less than 15 minutes. I felt super pumped with the agreement.
For financing I worked with Ernesto who was also great and who got me a great payment plan arrangement. He's very energetic and respectful, I didn't feel pressured. He knew a lot about what they offered and what I would need in the future.
That morning I came into this car buying experience worried that I would get taken advantage of and instead what I got was the complete opposite. I left the dealership with a nice feeling inside - as if I was treated like part of their family.
