Kevin took care of all my needs and took the time to listen....that is so rare these days. Instead of trying to rush me into a car he took the time to find me the right one.
The dealership as a whole was a great environment, clean, good service, friendly. Kevin Duquette made my first car buying experience a breeze. Helpful, professional, organized. He really got to know what I wanted/needed in a vehicle and was able to find me a great match in no time.
I had an appointment to bring my car to the garage for a tire change at 1pm and was told to return at 3pm for pickup. Only got my car at about 5pm. The garage was not perticularly busy and the staff was goofing off rather than try to be efficient. Was a complete waste of my time and had to call off going back into work. This experience, paired with my experience of purchasing the car, were very dissapointing and would I would recommend that buyers looking to purchase a mitsubishi go to another garage and not deal with Dilawri when purchasing a new car. I do like the vehicule thoigh and would recomment the mitsubishi brand.
