Bought a car at the dealer, love the car. I was told that I could have a remote starter installed on it, it was included in the purchase price, bought it on a Wednesday, told to pick it up on Friday end of day. The starter was not installed, told they had to order it, they will call me once it has arrived. Disappointed but OK. Waited a month, nobody has called me back. Called the dealer on Wednesday of last week, salesman will look into it and call me back, no call back by Monday, I call again, salesman is not in, nobody to talk to in Service and the sales manager is not in either.
I got a good price for my used car I traded in and that was the biggest issue I had at every dealership I had gone to. They took the time to let me show them my car instead of it being all about their car. Very happy about my experience.
