Let Gary know what we were looking for ,showed us a car very close in description which was fully loaded ,we test drove.They gave us a fair dollar for our old one and we walked away with happy wife ( her new car )

Gary is a very knowledgeable , conciencious sales person who is always available to answer questions.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Gary Robb at Disbrowe. . He takes you through all the steps , explains every detail, and is more than willing to help you with any problems in the future. He follows up with a phone call to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase.

At this point (very early in our ownership), Barb and I are very haoppy with our new/used vehicle (2015 Acadia). We are still learning things about it and will probably continue to do so for some time.

Our experiences with Disbrowe, in the past and now, have been quite rewarding and pleasant. Gary Robb and the other service personnel have been very accommodating. Once we receive our OnStar service and the go ahead to have our vehicle undercoated, I think we will be even happier. Thank you.

We traded in and leased a new vehicle. Sales Experience (Gary and Ross) was great but the financial interactions with Todd and Jamie were inefficient and extremely frustrating.

We leased a new vehicle and traded in our old one. The sales portion was handled professionally and efficiently - no complaints at all. Gary and Ross were knowledgable and organized, communicating directly and honestly, ensuring all went smoothly. Unfortunately when it came to our trade-in and dealing with Todd and ultimately Jamie, the experience turned very negative resulting in the overall low rating above. There was a delay getting our new vehicle to us, which resulted in an additional lease payment being paid by us on the vehicle that we were trading in. We saw that this additional payment had not been factored into the numbers negotiated for the buyout of the trade-in, and called Todd to ask for clarification. Todd was unable to explain how the numbers added up (or didn't add up in this case) and basically talked around in circles, at turns contradicting himself, and many times changing his story entirely each time we presented numbers that disproved what he was trying to tell us. Jamie was equally unhelpful and circular in his attempt to explain why the additional payment was not due back to us. It should be noted that in the midst of all of this we were also asked to provide a second set of tires for the trade-in. We had asked twice whether they wanted these tires during the negotiating process and had not been answered. The day we dropped off the trade-in they inspected the car and did not ask for the second set of tires. Days later they called and said the tires were supposed to have been part of the deal. We were frustrated by the disorganization but agreed to drive in from London to bring them the tires. We were told by Jamie at that point that the cheque for the additional lease payment will be waiting for us when we get there. When I arrived I asked for the cheque and was directed to unload the tires first, only to then be told by Todd that there was no cheque, and so began a month long process of unanswered questions, changing stories and numbers, and ultimately a call to the owner. While Karen was definitely more clear in her ability to explain the numbers, they still did not add up, although they came much closer to making sense than they did with either Jamie or Todd. Ultimately we were left feeling like we were given the run around by a financial manager and used car manager who were at best ignorant/ill-informed and at worst dishonest. When it escalated to the owner we got somewhat more direct communication but even after after 5 weeks and over 20 hours of work on our part figuring out the numbers and chasing down answers, we were never asked "What can we do to make this right for you?", or told "I'm sorry that it has taken so long to get you answers". Instead we were asked "If you aren't going to leave a positive review please don't leave one." As small business owners ourselves we were surprised to see the sole focus on our online review, and the apparent disregard for our actual customer experience.
